RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Brynlee Kate & Co., we want you to love your purchase!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original condition. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
